1General Terms & Conditions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the y99 platform (https://y99.st) and all associated services. y99 is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. Anyone wishing to use our services in Bangladesh must fully comply with these terms.

2Account Registration & Use

Accurate and complete information is required to open an account on y99. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time, and any balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each individual may open only one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to y99 support immediately.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must remain active.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

3Age Verification & Legal Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the y99 platform. We take a strict stance against underage gambling and make no exceptions when it comes to age verification.

• You may be asked to verify your age at any time using a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until age verification is completed.
• If identified as underage, the account will be closed and the balance will be forfeited.
• If your device is accessible to minors, you are advised to enable parental controls.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6Betting Rules & Fair Play

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void.

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on all outcomes of an event to guarantee profit — is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y99 platform. Any involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to manipulate games using software or bots.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to y99 systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Registration using a false identity or forged documents.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Y99 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.

Users may also request account closure at any time through the support team. Once self-excluded, the account will not be reactivated before the specified period has elapsed.

9Limitation of Liability

Y99 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss in a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service outages due to unexpected technical failures.
• Losses resulting from the user sharing their own account credentials.

10Dispute Resolution Process

For any dispute or complaint, y99 follows the steps below:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint directly via the support chat. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a detailed complaint by email along with any supporting evidence.
• Step 3: y99's dispute resolution team will issue a decision within a maximum of 7 business days.
• Step 4: If you are not satisfied with y99's decision, you may escalate the matter to the licensing authority.
